… and I’m starting to get hives on my hands and forearms. The palm of my hands are literally on fire. I think I’m having some sort of allergic reaction to something, though I don’t know what since as far as I know, I wasn’t allergic to anything. This is pretty fucking bizarre.

Okay that’s actually pretty rad. Too bad it’s not coming to the PS4 :(

…now, what to do with the rest of my life?
Since I’m only working 24 hours a week (at most) as a Master Control Op. at my work, I have plenty of time on my hands the remainder of the week, so I figured, why not make more money? I can’t get a second part-time job because it could conflict with my current job and because I’ve tried a billion times to find one with no luck over the years. Since I wanted a DSLR for some time now for filming stuff and photography, I might as we’ll use one to find some freelance work.
I’ll be going with the Canon t4i aka the 650d, with the 18-135mm STM lens. I was previously thinking of the t3i but after some thorough studying, the t4i is worth the extra money for the minor yet significant upgrades which I need if I plan to shoot video and snap shots of sports, and moving cars. I also figured that I can actually sometimes use the auto-focus feature for the upgraded 18-135mm lens, especially when my hands are too busy with working with the audio. (If I could afford any of the audio gear I want.)
Anyways I calculated the cost of the basic gear I would need which is the camera body+lens, a cheap monopod or tripod, camera bag, a polarizer filter, a pair of memory cards and extra batteries. Brand new the cheapest I can grab all that stuff would be $1100, which isn’t too bad. However there’s the additional equipment I kinda, really want. That includes a 40mm STM lens, a Rode Mic, Battery grip, light panel, and a shoulder rig. Which brings my approximate grand total to about $1750… well shit. If I worked full time it wouldn’t be too bad to save up for it, but I don’t so it’ll take me a few months. I’ll probably save up for the basics and then save up later on for the rest of the stuff.
Either way when I do save up the money I’ll still be a little reluctant to pull the trigger on it and maybe a few weeks from now I change my mind and but $1000’s worth of Nutella. I also decided to blog all these thoughts because its now 8:05am and there is nothing to do at work… at all for the last 8 hours. Good thing I’m out of here in less than an hour because my brain is fried! Hopefully once I get home I can pass out since I’ll be pulling another 9:00pm - 9:00am shift tomorrow. :/
Finally had the money to go too…welp, I’m an idiot.
I don’t know what happened, but I just took a 4 hour nap and it was amazing.
